Journalist, Copywriter and Pun Enthusiast.
Abbey Edmonson is an Atlanta-based writer who creates content for publications, businesses and herself.
An accomplished and self-proclaimed "Swiss army knife" writer, Abbey Edmonson just really loves the written word. Something gave it away when 10-year-old Abbey started making her own magazines and novels back in the day (quality content, of course). Now, she creates content for real publications and businesses as a freelance writer.

Her publications can be found in Atlanta Magazine, Invitation Magazine, Honeycomb Literary Journal, Medium, and the Daily Mississippian, among others. She has also produced content such as blogs, social media posts, web pages and so much more for brands like Machete, Brock Built, and Compass Real Estate.

She holds a BA in journalism from the University of Mississippi, where she also graduated from the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. She also holds an MFA in writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she was a graduate fellow in addition to being awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award from the School of Liberal Arts.
